Duties
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Handle document management using tools such as DocuSign for electronic signatures and approvals.
- Maintain proficiency in Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to track expenses and manage invoices.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other staff members or external parties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and ensuring high-quality work output.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $18.32 - $20.17 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- After school
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
