What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Repair Coordinator position at HYTORC MidSouth?
Hytorc MidSouth is hiring a Rental/Repair Coordinator to support our Waxhaw, NC facility. As a Rental/Repair Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that inventory, monitoring repair systems and shipping/receiving procedures are being followed in accordance with our expectations. The position will also be responsible for repair billing and managing the arrivals and departures of the equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse distribution processes (Shipping & Receiving, Restock and Transfers.)
- Complete detailed reviews on all customers and run reports to reach customers in need of tool calibrations or repairs.
- Documentation of repair and certificates.
- Complete inventory audits to ensure all quality procedures are being followed.
- Ability to resolve exceptions and errors in a timely manner.
- Ensure inventory and receiving procedures are being followed.
- Check in repairs and monitor throughout the entire process.
- Monitor Rental tool shipping and returns.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse.

What are we looking for in a Rental/Repair Coordinator?
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 20lbs, and may weigh up to 85lbs
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic mechanical ability a plus
- High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
