Salary : $40K - $50K
Hytorc MidSouth is hiring a Rental / Repair Coordinator to support our Waxhaw, NC facility. As a Rental / Repair Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that inventory, monitoring repair systems and shipping / receiving procedures are being followed in accordance with our expectations. The position will also be responsible for repair billing and managing the arrivals and departures of the equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse distribution processes (Shipping & Receiving, Restock and Transfers.)
- Complete detailed reviews on all customers and run reports to reach customers in need of tool calibrations or repairs.
- Documentation of repair and certificates.
- Complete inventory audits to ensure all quality procedures are being followed.
- Ability to resolve exceptions and errors in a timely manner.
- Ensure inventory and receiving procedures are being followed.
- Check in repairs and monitor throughout the entire process.
- Monitor Rental tool shipping and returns.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals in support of warehouse.
