What are the responsibilities and job description for the Durability Test and Thermal Performance Test - Thermal Systems Intern position at Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc.?
- Assist engineering staff with testing for battery thermal management, HVAC (air conditioning), and powertrain cooling systems
- Instrument test vehicles (i.e., install sensors, dataloggers, peripheral devices/modules, etc.) and troubleshoot instrumentation problems
- Analyze test data and report test results in PowerPoint and/or Excel
- Requirements:
- Travel up to 35% of the time for off-site vehicle testing
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Ability to work overtime (if needed)
- Preferred Qualification:
- Thermal-related coursework/experience desired
- Compensation:
- $26 ~ $32/Hour
