What are the responsibilities and job description for the EV Range - Validation and Calibration Intern position at Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc.?
- Assist with EV Development Engineers with the following task:
- Market trend study for Powertrain performance of EV models to set basic performance guidance for the US market
- Develop automated customer complaints analytics through Initial Quality Survey from JD Power
- Develop a user-friendly automation analysis tool for senior engineers for future analysis
- Assist on-road test trips with mentor engineers for Range prediction and Charging validation
- Generate final reports through test results and present them to mentor engineers and managers for approval
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (i.e., mechanical or electrical)
- Preferably, junior or senior standing
- Experience in MATLAB, Simulink, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
- A driver's license is required
