Summary
As an Industrial Operation Technician, your role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial equipment, particularly those involving HMI, VCB, ACB, and high/low voltage systems. - Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or higher preferred.
- State approved license preferred. (Conditioned air contractor, Plumber)
- 3~5 years professional experience in live facility maintenance preferred.
- Experience with Korean company/culture preferred.

- Electrical Systems: In-depth understanding of high and low voltage systems, including the operation and maintenance of VCBs and ACBs.
- Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI): Proficient in using HMI systems to monitor and control industrial processes.

Essential Functions
- Equipment Operation and Monitoring:
- Utilize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to monitor and control industrial processes.
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and within safety parameters.
- Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform routine maintenance on Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), and other high and low voltage systems.
- Conduct repairs to address equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems and industrial machinery.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify problems and implement solutions.
- Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and prevent unexpected failures.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all operations comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct safety audits.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Document any changes or upgrades to equipment and systems.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, production, and facility management teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians and operators.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.

- Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8 hours) - For the first two weeks of training, you will work Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day. After that, you will be placed on a rotating shift, either the day or night shift. The shifts rotate every 2 to 3 months.
Weekends as needed (OT will be paid)
