Requirements:

• Support managing total of 540 container chassis to keep them in operable condition at all times.
• Check yearly DOT inspection status and follow up on any DOT issues. and Organize all the record and data.
• Follow up on any incidents and issues that may arise in chassis operation.
• Manage chassis usage data for various 540 chassis usage status.
• Manage DOT inspection forms, and any other documents related to chassis.
• Verify customer data and vendor invoices. Prepare invoice and check requests.
• Support managing bulk tank transportation from Lotte Chemical Alabama/Daeha America.
• Follow up on any incidents and issues arise in operation.
• Manage load status and schedule accordingly requested by the customer.
• Create and process monthly AR/AP invoices.
• Manage yearly contract status, insurance status, PO, approvals, etc.
• Organize documents in each folder, and keep up with the status report.
• Support. managers by preparing various raw data, analyze, etc.
• Work with department managers if any support is needed.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

-Skilled in MS Office; able to review, analyze quality data and report quality status in progress.

-Highly organized, efficient and committed to develop current process; able to drive quality improvement and enhance the automotive manufacturing environment.

-Automotive and logistics industrial experience.

-Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.

-Supervisory experience with a proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.

-Confident, friendly, eager, self-motivated, and diligent.

-Ability to effectively communicate with other departments, teams and customers.

-Ability to read, write, and speak both Korean and English fluently.

Pay Range: $55,000-$59,000

Shift: 1st Shift Hours (8am-5pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
