- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- $20.15 base rate; increases every 6 months for first 36 months.
- $2.00 Shift Premium on 2 nd and a $1.50 Shift Premium for 3 rd shifts

Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
- Knowledge of safety equipment in order to know what to wear during certain tasks to prevent safety issues
- Determine if product is defective in a completed vehicle
- Determine if the product complies with all work standards
- Understand the OEM assembly process as related to Mobis Georgia modules
- Understanding of module function (Chassis, Cockpit, FEM, Bumper)
- Practice 5S in the work area. Keep the workstations, tools, and gauges clean and organized
- Follow work orders and instruction given by the Supervisor and Management
- Liaison between Mobis and customer.
- Investigate all Mobis related issues as they are reported.
- Troubleshoot to determine if material is defective in a completed vehicle and communicate information back to the QC Supervisor in a real time manner.
- Repair/replace damaged/defective parts in identified vehicles.
- Ensure that all repair/replaced parts are functioning properly prior to release of the vehicle.
- Document all repairs/replacements in a written report and enter data into an Excel file; email to all applicable team members on a daily basis.
- Prevent customer down time by performing walk backs and establish containment.
- Lead Quality Control campaigns at customer and vehicle processing center.
- Ability to work in different climate conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, repeatedly for the duration of the shift.
