Overview
As a member of the General Administration department and the Business Culture Group, the GA Specialist is responsible for coordination of monthly and annual recurring events, processing travel and expense invoices, departmental accounts payable, monthly reports including profit plan improvement, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and staffing reports, asset management, the Team Wear program, and Team Member anniversary gifts.
Responsibilities

Assists in developing annual MBO goals and objectives, develops action plans to ensure timely results. Processes travel and expense invoices for the GA department Assists the GA department in planning and implementing new and recurring monthly and annual events (e.g. Team Member of the Month, Mobis Family Day, etc.) Writes and submits monthly profit plan results and KPI reports. Participates in annual business planning, submits requests for annual travel budget expenses, and monitors spending through use of SAP system. Administers the department’s asset management and annual inventory program. Administers the Mobis Alabama-Savannah Team Wear Program, and generates staffing reports for inventory tracking. Oversees the GA Orientation program, ensuring it is updated and accurate. Creates forms and spreadsheets for tracking to maintain expense database. Prepares invoice database documents, including tables and charts, utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel Prepares purchase requisitions, check requests, expense reports, and other approval requests for appropriate signatures. Performs other related duties as required and assigned by GA Department Head

Qualifications

Education & Experience:
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field One (1) or more years of experience in writing departmental activity results reports. One (1) or more years of experience in managing annual Company events.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to develop and implement Team Member involvement activities and events. Proven interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Proven experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to audit invoices to ensure compliance with established contracts. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines. Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Proven ability to use good business judgement and make sound, timely decisions. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce. Flexibility to work in a multilingual environment. Proven ability to work independently when needed. Must be goal oriented, customer focused, and results driven. Must be fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Business Administration Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, SAP preferred. Departmental budgeting experience Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment Ability to write and speak fluently in both Korean and English, preferred.

Working Conditions: Office setting, some walking within and between buildings, lifts up to 30 to 50 lbs. Occasionally. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
