About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our General Administration Department at The Cypress of Hilton Head. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Director, manage projects, and ensure the smooth operation of our department. Your duties will include supervising the Concierge team, maintaining records and databases, and coordinating meetings and events.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director
  • Supervise the Concierge team
  • Maintain records and databases
  • Coordinate meetings and events

Requirements:
  • Two years of administrative/executive support experience
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
