Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing calendars for technicians as well as creating estimates and invoicing.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation and correspondence.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining project files.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage phone communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support on-site activities as needed, including coordinating deliveries and assisting with material inventory.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational abilities to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and vendors.
- Experience in clerical work or as a receptionist is preferred.
