Job Summary
Growing HVAC company is hiring office assistant to answer phones, input service calls, create and manage invoicing, and follow up with technician jobs. Must be self motivated and energetic with a willingness to learn and follow instructions. Also needs excellent speaking and customer service skills and have great phone etiquette. Office hours 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch.
Requirements:
- Arrive to work on time, prepared to work
- ReliableTransportation to 10118 Ford Ave in Richmond Hill, Ga Mon-Friday.
- Organized
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be a team player and have ability to work with others to accomplish goals and complete jobs
- Must keep a clean personal appearance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections; training provided
