Overview

​​The Module Sales Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all products delivered to client, HMGMA assemble line in compliance with manufacturing specifications and company standards. Responsible for managing cost of Module product and other operational processes, as well as ensuring that regular request from client is in compliance with regulatory requirements. Also, role in studying new cost standard​.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) 

• Utilize Excel, functions such as Pivot Tables to Analyse Cost of Product, sales reports, data and metrics. 

• Utilize PowerPoint and prepare document(s) for checking development process and tracking.
• Maintaining strong written and strong verbal communication with both professional relationships and with clients. 
• Ability to report and maintain accurate data, schedules and accurate reports. 
• Project Management (Purchase, R&D, Quality, Delivery and Cost) 
• Research and find the best solution to persuade client. 

• Accurate and precise ability to maintain contact client between product engineers, manufacturing personnel and suppliers to negotiate contracts to secure required module for the production floor. 
• Review Cost standard to identify materials needed for product assembly for all manufactured goods. 
• Communicate with client regularly to address any concerns and foster an environment that facilitates continual improvement in working relationships. 
• Maintain a Mold cost database and include performance to calculate the mold cost using iCIMS. 
• Assist with logistics, including communications with client when there are packaging and receiving issues when materials arrive at receiving dock. 
• Integrate Excel with (CRM) Systems, data accuracy and strong Excel knowledge for data cleansing and validation, maintaining integrity of sales database and ensuring high-quality information.
• Proficient and demonstrated skills in creating/manipulating pivot tables, functions, Vlookup/Hlookup, Sumifs, Countifs, Index-Match in Excel to analyze datasets/extract and facilitate strategic decision making.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.) 

Required Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry-specific experience required. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 

• Detailed knowledge of Just In Sequence process and system in Automotive industry 
• Analytic skills in engineering drawing 
• Comprehensive problem-solving skills across the plant 
• Proven Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal management skills. 

Preferred Education & Experience: 

• 2 years of experience in Just in parts manufacturing (Injection/steel parts) in Automotive industry
• (SQA, Procurement, Development, Manufacturing control) 
• Working experience with Hyundai / Kia / Mobis   
• Experienced in automotive assembly/manufacturing. 

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:  

Driver's License needed. 

Working Conditions:  Office setting, repetitive standing, walking within and between buildings, and occasional travel to career fairs and off-site meetings
