Job Overview:
The Finance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle financing, including working with customers to offer financing options, processing loan and lease applications, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The Finance Manager collaborates closely with the sales team to structure deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finance and Lease Management: Structure and present financing and leasing options to customers, ensuring that the dealership meets financial goals and objectives.
• Customer Interaction: Work with customers to understand their financial needs, providing clear explanations of available financing and insurance products.
• Loan Processing: Process credit applications, assess customer creditworthiness, and submit applications to financial institutions, ensuring competitive loan terms.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all finance and lease agreements, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Deal Structuring: Collaborate with the sales team to design attractive pricing, financing, and leasing packages that align with dealership goals and customer preferences.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers to offer a variety of financial products.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze finance-related reports to monitor performance, profitability, and trends in loan approval/denial rates.
