Automotive Billing Clerk

We need to hire a top-performing, experienced Billing Clerk to start immediately. Dealership experience is required. Applications without an attached resume will not be considered.

Responsibilities – Billing Clerk:

• Billing deals
• Submitting documents for contracts
• Receipting down payments/deposits
• Posting to and reconciling GL accounts
• Accounting schedule maintenance and journal entry posting
• Preparing management reports
• Scanning and Filing
• Back-up other desks as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements – Billing Clerk:

• 
  Automotive experience required
• CDK experience preferred but not required
• MUST BE detailed oriented, organized, able to handle high volume, and work independently
• Ability to work calculator, copy machine, fax, and other general office equipment
• Possess understanding of general bookkeeping
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
