- Responsible for all new hire employee on-boarding including but not limited to initiating background checks, drug screening and monitors progress until clearance or other final disposition.
- Responds to employee questions and requests.
- Monitors employee training needed
- Ensure compliance of all state and federal laws with new hires
- Process dealer trades/wholesales
- Process new and used vehicle stock-in's

Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
- Human Resource knowledge preferred
- Experience is CDK a plus
- Experience with Netchex a plus
