Job Description :
As an Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, reaching out via phone, email, and chat to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to drive leads and ensure a seamless transition from lead to sale.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads.
- Engage with customers to gather information about their needs, preferences, and purchasing timeline.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with sales consultants.
- Follow up on leads and appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Work with the sales team to ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Stay current on product knowledge and promotions.
