Salary Range:    $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 Base Commission/year

Description

.Summary
Assist in furtherance of programs to develop new and establish programs to retain current customers. Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Regularly update and purify customer CRM records & respond to internet inquiries on a timely basis with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism

Generate sales appointments and ensure the store is achieving minimum daily appointment targets.

Help create & implement strategy to achieve New, Used and Trade in targets utilizing Auto Alert Equity Tool and CRM

Understand and Achieve monthly New, Used and Trade in targets.

Assist in Leads and Phone skills training, role play and related performance measures to help grow sales team.

Follow up with each contact or prospective customer.

Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all-aspects of working with customers.

Attend sales, service and management meetings as needed.

Maintain a professional appearance.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Available to work all Saturdays and one late shift per week (Monday or Thursday)
Managerial Responsibilities include the following.
As the Leader of the Internet and Lead branch of the service team you will be responsible for working in concert with the rest of the store leadership to accomplish the following on a regular basis for 8 to 24 sales personnel.

Create & implement strategy to achieve New, Used and Trade in targets utilizing CRM
o
Oversee performance measures to help the sales team grow and participate in monthly sales performance coaching sessions with sales team members.
o
Based on performance metrics participate in leadership team decisions on progressive discipline and termination.
o
In partnership with the rest of the store leadership team conduct resume evaluations and interviews to make a selection of sales personnel from both internal and external candidate polls.
o
Provide directions to the store leadership team on staffing needs for sales personnel based on your measurement of lead volume and traffic patterns.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Individual targets
• 60 Outbound calls per day using Click to Call
• 100 text / email per day
• 3 appointments set daily. Store targets
• 10 appointments per day – Tues, Wed and Friday
• 20 appointments per day – Mon, Thurs and Sat
• 25% new vehicle closing ratio.
• 23% used vehicle closing ratio.
• Internet response time no more than 3 minutes
• The unanswered Leads replied to within 3 minutes.
• 500 Snapcell videos Expectations
• Listen to Inbound recorded calls for the entire sales team and bring opportunities to Team Leader(s)
• Manage / Dispute Hyundai Smartleads, GM/Nissan 3rd party leads.
• Participate in the 8:45am sales meeting and prepare / review above MTD store target performance with sales team.
• Understand desking and appraising processes.
• Work in Team Leader “tower” whenever possible
• Bringing high level positive energy
• Greeting all guests and offer to help using 10-foot rule in showroom or anywhere on the property.
REQUIREMENTS

Must achieve daily calls/text/appointments.

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive technical instruction in mathematical or diagram forms and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
Must obtain and maintain any certificates, licenses and registrations as required by Dealership.
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License that meets Dealership insurability requirements.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to sit at desk for extended periods without issue. At least 8 hours
Must be able to enter and exit vehicles without restrictions.
