Job Description:
As an Automotive Service BDC Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring they receive the best customer experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and texts in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on unscheduled appointments.
- Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and offers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Assist in lead generation and sales for additional services and products.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the dealership’s CRM system.
- Ensure customer retention through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or automotive environment is a plus.
