Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers, ensuring that all appointments are efficiently allocated to available technicians.
- Manage and update the service calendar to reflect any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling.
- Collaborate with technicians and other departments to ensure resources are allocated effectively and customer expectations are met.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, delays, or changes.
- Track service delivery progress and ensure timely service completion.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding service scheduling and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, appointments, and feedback.
- Assist in managing service requests and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM.
