What to Expect
The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for leading the digital vision, strategy, and roadmap for HCA’s Digital Products, in support of the HCA enterprise digital roadmap. This role will drive innovation and provide digital thought leadership to various internal and external stakeholders, including internal HCA departments, OEM digital teams, and HQ global matrix partners. The primary focus of the role will be on collaborating with key business and IT partners and vendors to manage the digital and technology solutions that will shape the direction and future of HCA’s product offerings and channels. The Product Owner will be expected to work independently, and interface with senior leaders across HCA to socialize and drive innovative solutions and communicate their value. This is a highly visible position and will require collaboration and integration across several departments. This role will also be heavily involved in creation of technology roadmaps, facilitation and creation of business requirements, business cases, vendor selection processes, and communications to drive executive approvals. This position may have supervisory responsibilities.
