Summary
The Sr. Product Owner’s primary responsibility is to improve product awareness, adoption, and loyal customer base for connected car products, and improve the monetization. By acquiring a deep understanding of the connected car features, develop KPIs, key metrics, and strategies to improve the product development and customer support processes. Develop product concepts by working closely with the product managers and translate the concept into business requirements.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 25%
- Assess the existing KPIs and metrics for the current portfolio of products and services. Develop new KPIs and metrics for connected products and features that are critical for the business. Collaborate with the engineering team and develop systems to enable the business to track and improve performance.
- Be the custodian and increase the awareness of the KPIs and metrics within the connected car team and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and monetization.

Skills
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality on all matters.
Ability to multi-task, manage through competing demands, prioritize and work with other team members and at all levels within the company.
Knowledge of automotive product planning, dealership sales and service processes is a plus.

Pay Range
87,317 - $121,409
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
