About the Role :
As an EHS Specialist in our Durable Goods Manufacturing company located in Mesa, Arizona, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety audits, and providing training to employees. Your ultimate goal will be to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in EHS in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
