ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for an energetic and detail-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Brands Division at Hyve Group. In this pivotal role, you will help streamline operations, support our sales and marketing teams, and optimize processes to fuel revenue growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams – including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success – to ensure smooth operations, effective reporting, and a unified approach to achieving business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Contribute to revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance tracking, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks for the Global Brands Division.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on revenue-generating strategies. Monitor lead handoff, pipeline health, and ROI on campaigns to ensure cohesive execution.
- Oversee data accuracy and integrity within CRM and related systems. Develop and share key reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights into sales performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives such as pricing models, customer segmentation, and global market expansion efforts.
- Partner with the Strategy team to identify market opportunities, support go-to-market strategies, and help optimize sales coverage models, ICPs, and value propositions.
- Lead and support key revenue operations projects, including go-to-market strategy development, sales training programs, and technology adoption initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 3 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within a commercial or global environment.
- Revenue Operations experience (3 years); experience in banking or integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and sales enablement tools.
- Hands-on experience with data and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Snowflake, SQL).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly present data insights and recommendations.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- The salary band for this position ranges from $70,000 - $95,000 based on experience
- This position will be eligible for a competitive bonus structure
