About the Role
In this critical position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production infrastructure and process flow setup. Your expertise in managing NPI introduction processes and production documentation management will be instrumental in driving our business forward.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess and set up production infrastructure and process flow setup. Key responsibilities include managing NPI introduction processes, production documentation management, and providing project detail status reports to internal core team managers and when applicable, our customers.
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably Industrial or Mechanical) and understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S disciplines are required for this role.
