JOB SUMMARY
- Oversee and maintain consistent team to build according to schedules with a high-quality output
- Demonstrate a “can do attitude”, leading the team by example
- Ensure production process are completed following in accordance to manufacturing process instructions and ESD rules
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
- Monitor lines and department build output (efficiency and quality)
- Will oversee at least ( 2 ) supervisors and approximate 100 indirect reports
- Review material and schedules to develop a daily plan
- Will be responsible to ensure Production schedules are met while monitoring quality and performance via KPI’s (yields, efficiency, quality, etc.)
- Work with cross functional teams on schedules based on material availability
- Review and monitor headcount requirements and labor utilization needed to meet schedules
- Assist on training plans and coaching of employees
- Review manufacturing processes to assess efficiencies
- Will Open / close the building as needed (may include weekends / holidays)
- Review line and resource allocations if any special projects arise
- Monitor employee adherence to company standards (ISO) and safety practices
- Responsible to monitor work order aging and closure
- Be able to support team as needed including Saturdays
- Minimum 5 years of strong leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement
- Hands-on leadership style
- Track record teambuilding and problem solving
- Proven experience reviewing KPI’s to review processes, improve efficiencies and quality
- Familiar with ISO 9001 and 14001
- Strong leadership skills to set goals and be able to hold teams accountable
- Demonstrate coaching and motivation skills
- Capable to work on a fast-paced organization
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changes
- Demonstrate lean manufacturing experience
- Work well on a team environment and have good communication skills
- The manager will oversee manufacturing operation on Swing Shift
- Will require to be familiar with understanding Manufacturing
- ESD sensitive environment
- Building is set at a low temperature
- Loud / Noisy environment due to product test
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.

Salary Range - $91, 500 - 128,000 per year
Salary : $91,500 - $128,000
