About the job

As a Manufacturing Test Manager (Swing Shift; 4pm -12am) at Hyve Solutions, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing our test operations for server, rack, storage, and GPU products. You will lead a dynamic team in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and the development of effective test strategies for new products. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing.

You will

• Provide Level 3 technical support for troubleshooting and failure analysis of server, rack, storage, and GPU products.

• Lead the development and refinement of test plans for new products.

• Collaborate with the software development team to review test scripts and provide approvals for deployments.

• Continuously improve test plans and scripts to increase testing efficiency.

• Contribute to coding improvements and work to reduce UI and labor costs.

• Manage the reporting tools and maintain the test database and website.

• Provide global support for escalated test issues.

• Offer leadership and technical guidance to the testing engineering team.

• Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of test engineering talent.

You have

• A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in the server, rack, storage, or GPU industry.

• Proficiency in programming and databases (Python and MySQL required; PHP preferred).

• Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.

• Proven expertise in debugging and root cause analysis.

Annual Salary Range

$95,000—$115,000 USD, DOE
