What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Yard Coordinator position at I-80 Concrete?
I-80 Concrete a well-established concrete construction and concrete delivery business in West Des Moines is seeking to add an experienced dispatcher to handle the operations of our concrete delivery operation. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Taking in-bound calls and dispatching loads to our drivers through our ordering app
· Coordinating the next day schedule
· Continually updating the job board throughout the day and sending to the drivers so they can pull jobs
· Tracking inventory of sand, limestone, cement powder and admixes
· Reconcile orders the next day and enter into the production tracker
· Incentives available for new business development
· Compensation structure will consist of a base pay production incentive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
