Summary / Objective- Provides skilled coordination and program assistance to the residential business lines Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and Supported Living (SL). Interfaces between Administrators and ICF / SL program management staff including but not limited to Managers and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to ensure complete compliance with the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and other governmental body requirements. Develops and implements effective program documentation and oversight ensuring we are maximizing funding. Supports Major Unusual Incident (MUI) administrative process. All other duties assigned.
Essential Functions
- Support and manage identified quality measures and processes including but not limited to data tracking, W tags, survey readiness, retrieval and tracking. Responsible for performing internal audits to assess compliance with rules and regulations.
- Responsible for supporting the Emergency Preparedness Plan modifications, including but not limited to trainings, drills, and updates.
- Support residential preparation for regulatory compliance across the region.
- Performing data analysis on a monthly basis on all UIs, MUIs, RPRTs for Incident Review Committee (IRC) as well as externally required reports as required. Supports the closures of UIRs on the reporting system.
- Monthly Medicaid and Licensure preparation for ICF sites expecting audits. Participates in the support of the actual survey process by gathering MUI and other required data, assisting in the development of the plan of correction (POC) and ensuring its approval and gathering the needed documentation to support its completion.
- Providing back-up support and continued training on essential Administrative Investigation Manager duties.
- Manage admission documentation, DODD requirements and portal, DDP scores summary and analysis, and assist in all reviews with core teams.
- System audits, review and support to team. OISP organization leader and trainer.
- Mentoring and training all ICF QIDP / Managers.
- Monitor and educate on DODD Rule changes and update the team as applicable.
- Responsible for the ICF Quality Indicators supporting data, surveys readiness, and support Compliance during the review.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures in addition to regulations, laws and other requirements from applicable governing bodies, certification, licensure and / or accreditation entities, etc.
- This job operates in an office environment, but with frequent travel and community engagement.

Work Hours : This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Occasional schedule variations, evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel Requirements : Travel is primarily local during the business day.
