Operations Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Substation Services Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, including experience leading field personnel and managing resources allocated to projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project personnel, including supervision and coaching.
- Ensure core process adherence, execution of large projects, and successful interactions with IBEW unions.
- Develop and maintain a safe, positive, energetic, forward-thinking atmosphere within the division.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction, including experience leading field personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources allocated to projects, including personnel, equipment, and facilities.
- Relevant certifications for the industry – CUSP, PMP, PE.
