About the role...
We are now looking for a talented Global Talent Acquisition Administrator - HCP to join our team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Administrator - HCP , you will assist the Talent Acquisition Advisor - Clinical Services in the improvement of a highly effective Recruitment function to support the growth strategy of MRN.
The Global Talent Acquisition Administrator - HCP will be responsible for :
- Own the onboarding and credentialing process of new Clinical Services nurses to include occupational health checks, nurse licensure credentialing, new starter forms, and nurse training documentation, etc.
- Create Clinical Services employee file for nurse
- Complete and issue ID badge
- Set up MRN email address account for nurse and provide login details
- Liaise with Talent Acquisition Advisor - Clinical Services to schedule phone interviews and hiring manager interviews
- Manage and promote job postings by posting positions, managing postings, etc. as indicated by Head of Talent Acquisition - Clinical Services
- As set forth by the Head of Talent Acquisition - Clinical Services execute scheduled communication to nurses to ensure they are kept up to date with relevant company information
