Candidate Must Possess The Following

- Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop computers, applications, and related technology.
- Responsible for end user support for all computer and communications systems, networking, and server-side maintenance.
- Work with help-desk ticket system to track and resolve issues.
- Responsible for reviewing trouble ticket queues, documenting support and diagnostic activities, and escalating problems as required.
- Supporting or performing the following: software installation and configuration, new user setup, e-mail client configuration, printer configuration, peripheral installation, configuration and troubleshooting, and computer/user moves, adds, and changes.
- Assist in running new Ethernet cables for moves, adds, and changes.
- Commute to dealership locations when required
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot workstation, application, peripheral, network, and/or printer problems.
- The applicant must be able to handle support calls, tickets, and work with users of all levels.
- Applicant must provide professional, prompt, and courteous end user assistance for all computing devices and applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Experience with installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows Operating systems
- Understanding of the OSI model and basic TCP/IP concepts and protocols
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written communications skills, and the ability to follow documentation procedures.
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment (approximately 50 lbs.), crawl into tight spaces (such as under desks), and climb ladders as needed to install computers, wiring, or other devices
- A positive attitude is necessary.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License needed.
- Active Directory experience
- Microsoft Exchange experience
- CompTIA A / Network / Server Certification
- Microsoft Certification
- Cisco CCNA Certification
- Previous SMB (Small or Medium sized Business) related IT experience
- Apple OS X and iOS experience
- Android OS experience
- PowerShell scripting
- Virtualization
- Voice over IP telephony experience
