Our client wants to add an Industrial Construction Site Manager to their team. As a Site Manager , you will oversee industrial construction projects, ensuring efficient execution, safety compliance, and successful project completion. You will play a key role in managing teams, coordinating logistics, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
SITE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :
Project Management & Execution :
Oversee daily planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project timelines are met.Supervise the fabrication and installation of steel structures, industrial pipelines, and machinery .Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Safety Compliance :
Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.Conduct daily toolbox safety meetings and enforce industry safety standards.Provide technical guidance on construction and assembly specifications.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project satisfaction.Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and other contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Procurement & Site Logistics :
Manage the timely ordering of materials and services , coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.Oversee site facilities, equipment, and logistics to optimize project efficiency.
Documentation & Estimations :
Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and acceptance protocols .Assist in preparing project cost estimations and proposals .
SITE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience & Expertise :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in industrial construction , focusing on steel structures and / or pipeline installations .Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations .
Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills :
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
Communication & Organizational Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues .Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Technical & Computer Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software .Ability to interpret construction and assembly drawings and ensure adherence to specifications.
