Our client wants to add an Industrial Construction Site Manager to their team. As a Site Manager, you will oversee industrial construction projects, ensuring efficient execution, safety compliance, and successful project completion. You will play a key role in managing teams, coordinating logistics, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
SITE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES :
Project Management & Execution :
Oversee daily planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project timelines are met.
- Supervise the fabrication and installation of steel structures, industrial pipelines, and machinery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership & Safety Compliance :
Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project satisfaction.
Procurement & Site Logistics :
Manage the timely ordering of materials and services, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
Documentation & Estimations :
Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and acceptance protocols.
SITE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience & Expertise :
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in industrial construction, focusing on steel structures and / or pipeline installations.
Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills :
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Organizational Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
Technical & Computer Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
