- Provide customer support at guest services desk, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Utilize multi line phone systems effectively to communicate with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
