Description
Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
- provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- provide instruction on newly released functionality
- deliver presentations to line staff
- monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- review training materials
- provide technical assistance with data warehouse
Mandatory Qualifications
1 36 months of experience providing IT support to users.
2 36 months of expereince providing implementation support services.
3 18 months of experince providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment.
4 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application.
5 Bachelor's Degree
