Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to take ownership of our ERP system, Innergy, which is specifically tailored for the manufacturing industry. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of the ERP system and ensuring that it supports our manufacturing operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP administration, a strong background in ERP implementations and transitions, and an understanding of the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain the ERP system, ensuring smooth operation across all manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ERP system requirements, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Lead ERP implementation projects, including upgrades, new modules, and transitions.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for ERP use, optimizing system performance and user experience.
• Provide training and support to users to maximize ERP adoption and effectiveness.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors and ensure system updates are implemented efficiently.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and training.
