What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Administrator position at I MEDICAL EQUIPMENT & SERVICES?
- Collect and organize product/pricing/customer data and populate Excel spreadsheets for ERP/CRM/ecommerce sales platforms
- Assist with ecommerce product upload and product maintenance
- Conduct market analysis for medical equipment pricing and availability
- Manage daily incoming sales related emails and post-sale follow-up communication
- Support eCommerce Department with follow-through to ensure timely order fulfillment; assisting with preparing for packing, obtaining shipping labels and tracking orders through delivery
- Support communication with other locations for sales order workflow efficiency
- Assist in various marketing tasks and sales campaigns throughout the company
- Assist with taking and editing product photos for maintaining database
- Communicate with eCommerce Director on daily activities to support the flow of orders
- Operate and maintain equipment, including computer, specialized software programs and light cleaning of photography equipment
- Establish, maintain, and foster positive harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Learn and understand the incoming phone system to handle exterior phone calls to various departments
- Participate in all required meetings, conference calls, and training
- Assist in all additional duties as assigned
