We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoice processing, job costing, and providing occasional front-desk support. The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, and has a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into QuickBooks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Match purchase orders with packing slips and corresponding invoices.
- Assemble and prepare invoice packets for weekly payments and a monthly vendor payment.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all accounting documents.
- Research and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.
- Perform job costing, including tracking and calculating hours per job.
- Answer incoming calls during lunch breaks or as needed.
- Perform other administrative or accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in job costing is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
