Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our client's team. As our Accountant, you’ll manage the daily financial activities of the company while supporting our operational needs. This is a well-rounded role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable processes.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Track and process payroll, including 1099s and tax reporting.
- Maintain the General Ledger and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Process incoming orders and create purchase orders.
- Prepare reports and provide financial insights to the President.
- Support inventory tracking and maintenance.
- Assist with tax preparation and adherence to GAAP guidelines.
- Handle light administrative tasks, such as answering phones and greeting guests, when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a small team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (QBO), Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ERP software experience (ProShopERP is a plus).
- A problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Required Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with inventory management and business operations is a plus.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
