Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain WIP (Work-In-Progress) Reports to monitor project progress and profitability.
- Handle point of cost accounting to ensure precise allocation of costs to projects.
- Track and report on project costs , including budgets, variances, and forecasting.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
