We are seeking reliable and hardworking On-Call Lumpers to assist with the manual loading and unloading of freight at our client's facility. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment, handling various materials, and ensuring efficient movement of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually load and unload trucks, moving freight safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs or more repeatedly.
- Sort and stack products according to company guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working in a non-controlled environment (hot, cold, or humid conditions).
- Strong physical stamina to handle repetitive manual lifting.
- Prior experience in warehouse or lumping work is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on short notice.
- Willing to work flexible hours based on business needs.
