IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a full-time Regional Marketing Associate to support the success of our sales team. In this role, you will play an essential role in the marketing of our flagship product, IXL, in addition to other brands (e.g., Rosetta Stone for Schools, Carson Dellosa), assisting with the execution of marketing programs that support lead generation, customer retention, brand awareness, and more. You will serve as an advocate for the sales team and provide essential support in enabling them to meet their goals. The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, and passionate about education.This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area with a work schedule of 4 days per week in the office.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Assist with researching, developing, and executing marketing programs that are aligned with sales goals and initiatives in the region to attract new customersBuild an ongoing partnership with sales leaders to understand educator needsWork closely with the sales team to provide strategic regional marketing resourcesContribute to a wide range of marketing campaigns by writing copy and working cross-functionally on design and execution with different marketing stakeholdersAct as the liaison with the email marketing team to ensure all outbound email deliverables are submitted and created on timePartner with the events team to manage logistics for marketing and sales events including pre / post event outreach, ensuring leads are being tracked internally, and the sales team has the proper tools for following up with contactsMaintain an active pulse on market trends in the region and share out regularly with marketing and salesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3-5 years experience in marketing, communications, or related field (regional or field marketing experience a plus)Experience working with or directly supporting a sales team is a plusInterpersonal skills : You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levelsYou like to get things done, and get them done efficiently : You must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful, and have the ability to coordinate projects from start to finishNo challenge is too small : You can think critically, do research, be resourceful, and solve problemsYou have knowledge of, or an interest in, education / EdTech and can learn about the industry quicklyABOUT IXL LEARNING IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
