What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Marketing Associate position at IXL?
IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a full-time Regional Marketing Associate to support the success of our sales team. In this role, you will play an essential role in the marketing of our flagship product, IXL, in addition to other brands (e.g., Rosetta Stone for Schools, Carson Dellosa), assisting with the execution of marketing programs that support lead generation, customer retention, brand awareness, and more. You will serve as an advocate for the sales team and provide essential support in enabling them to meet their goals. The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, and passionate about education.

This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC office.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Assist with researching, developing, and executing marketing programs that are aligned with sales goals and initiatives in the region to attract new customers.
- Build an ongoing partnership with sales leaders to understand educator needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide strategic regional marketing resources.
- Contribute to a wide range of marketing campaigns by writing copy and working cross-functionally on design and execution with different marketing stakeholders.
- Act as the liaison with the email marketing team to ensure all outbound email deliverables are submitted and created on time.
- Partner with the events team to manage logistics for marketing and sales events including pre / post event outreach, ensuring leads are being tracked internally, and the sales team has the proper tools for following up with contacts.
- Maintain an active pulse on market trends in the region and share out regularly with marketing and sales.
