RV Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Description

I-29 RV Supercenter is now hiring for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our growing company. We are moved into our expanded service department and our team is growing! Helpful if applicant has some shipping and receiving experience. Ability to run a forklift is also helpful but not required. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Fun, fast paced work environment. As our Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping our Parts and Service Department running smoothly. You'll be responsible for ordering, receiving, and distributing RV parts and accessories, tracking parts on repair orders, and working closely with our Parts Manager and Shop Foreman to ensure our technicians have everything they need—on time and accurately.

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and working within a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place and track parts orders from vendors
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Ship returned or special-order parts
• Manage and monitor parts inventory
• Accurately record parts used on Repair Orders
• Assist technicians by pulling and providing correct parts
• Maintain organized records and storage of parts
• Communicate with the Parts Manager and Shop Foreman regarding orders and workflow
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area

What We're Looking For:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and basic inventory/order systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• RV parts or service department experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move boxes/parts as needed
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
