Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives for i2M, from strategic content creation to tactical execution. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals. You’ll be working on everything from social media posts to booth design, ensuring our brand and message are communicated effectively and creatively across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Capture, create and manage compelling content across various platforms, including social media posts, videos, technical product sheets, and promotional materials using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content generation and refinement.
- Social Media & Website Management: Own and drive social media strategy, content calendar, and engagement. Lead the design and development of the i2M website, ensuring it reflects the brand and is optimized for user experience.
- Design Leadership: Lead the creation of visually stunning materials, from booth design for trade shows to presentations for clients, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, leveraging platforms like Canva for design.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support technical content development, sales materials, and customer communication efforts.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and growth, ensuring alignment with i2M’s business goals and sustainability mission.
- Brand Stewardship: Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring the i2M message is clear, compelling, and consistent across all platforms.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for content design and development.
- Experience with Canva and exceptional design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, website design, SEO, and content creation.
- Video production and editing skills are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
