- This person should have a strong architecture knowledge as they need to become familiar with the hardware, software, licensing, and maintenance for the entire division. This spans multiple platforms and products and will be sought for technical insight on the products individually and as they relate to each other. This person will develop strong working relationships with contacts from all the value streams to verify data and support reporting/data calls to the FBI HQ TASU group that manages the enterprise license agreements. Will be vital to the development of a tool/database that will assist in tracking the hardware/software needs for the entire division.
