JOB TITLE : Product Assurance Analyst
DEPARTMENT : S&S Operations
REPORTS TO : Director of Client Services
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : None
JOB LOCATION : Shreveport, LA preferred; remote option
TRAVEL : 5%
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Test proprietary software applications and compare them to user requirements to ensure it functions according to those requirements.
- Create and maintain test plans.
- Recommend changes and improvements for software applications.
- Work with developers to make appropriate changes and complete additional testing.
- Document quality testing process by describing the application, evaluation, testing methods, and improvements made to the software.
- Document training materials and instruct users how to use the software properly.
