About the role
The Member Experience Supervisor manages the member experience teams for the IAA Credit Union (IAACU). Oversees the operations and administration of deposit programs including collection efforts as needed on negative accounts. Oversees the new account onboarding experience for consumer & business accounts including deposits and online banking. Supervises assigned staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality member services.How does this role make an impact?
Establishes, maintains and grows consumer and business member relationships in order to continually provide credit union solutions that meet member needs. Works to resolve member issues and process feedback.
Serves as back-up to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Patriot Act Officer. Administers BSA reporting.
Manages and coordinates opening and closing responsibilities. Assists with oversight of security functions, including providing after-hours support in the event of an alarm.
Manages risk controls associated with sensitive member information.
Collaborates with other departments, specifically the lending teams, to develop cross-selling strategies with a goal of deepening member relationships and improving the overall member experience.
Works with leadership to strategize and stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products to ensure credit union remains competitive.
Collaborates with leadership to establish and maintain policies and procedures for branch operations.
Provides supervisory leadership for assigned staff, including employment, training, supervision, support and ongoing performance feedback.

- Familiarity with retail banking consumer & business products and services and demonstrated ability to cross-sell.
- Strong knowledge of industry technology and related trends.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including strong customer service skills.
- Leadership skills including the ability to develop and motivate others, resolve conflict, delegate effectively and
- lead change.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including the ability to utilize data and
- formulate strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize
- Efficiently, establish priorities and attend to details.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including rotating Saturdays.
- Some travel required.
- Typically requires 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Base Pay Range:
$60,800-$83,600The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
