What You’ll Do:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Handle phone and email orders with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency.
- Client-First Mindset: Ensure customer satisfaction drives every decision, creating outstanding experiences for both internal and external customers.
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively, providing tailored solutions.
- Stay Connected: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, always keeping communication clear and engaging.
- Understand & Deliver: Identify customer needs, clarify issues, research solutions, and offer alternatives with care.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- Customer Support Superstar: At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer support role where you’ve made a difference.
- Tech-Savvy: QuickBooks experience is a bonus and will set you up for success (preferred).
- Foodie Knowledge: Previous experience in food service? That’s a plus!
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, paired with active listening to connect with customers effortlessly.
- Customer-Centric: You adapt to different personality types and make every customer feel valued and understood.
- Master Multitasker: Skilled at juggling tasks, setting priorities, and managing your time like a pro.
